# TLScontact Dubai Appointment (2026): Countries Served, the France Two-Step and What We Could Not Confirm

Two 2026 guides put the TLScontact Dubai office in two different districts. One says Al Barsha. One says Al Qusais. The second guide goes further. Its data box names [VFS Global](/from-uae/appointments/vfs-abu-dhabi/) as the official provider for the France route from Dubai. Its prose, on that same page, names TLScontact. Settle which countries TLScontact Dubai handles before you book a TLScontact Dubai appointment.

## Which countries use TLScontact Dubai, and why the rosters disagree

Ten governments hire TLScontact worldwide: the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Israel. That list comes from [tlscontact.com](https://www.tlscontact.com/en/), which we opened on 21 July 2026. It is the global ceiling on who could route through TLScontact anywhere. It is not the Dubai roster.

In the UAE, most of those ten route through VFS Global instead. The dated route table lives on our [VFS Global Dubai page](/from-uae/appointments/vfs-dubai/). What each source claims about TLScontact in Dubai, as of 21 July 2026:

| Source | Date | What it claims |
|---|---|---|
| tlscontact.com (we opened it) | 21 Jul 2026 | Ten government clients, 140+ centres worldwide. Names no UAE centre. |
| oravisa.com, agency guide | 26 Feb 2026 | "Exclusive" Dubai centre for **France and Belgium**. Al Barsha. Service fee AED 150–200+. |
| myvisaping.com, data box | 9 Jul 2026 | "Official provider: **VFS Global**" for France from Dubai. |
| myvisaping.com, prose, same page | 9 Jul 2026 | Managed by **TLScontact**, "located in the Al Qusais area". |
| france-visas.gouv.fr, search snippet | captured 20 Jul 2026 | UAE France applications handled "exclusively" by the consular section in **Abu Dhabi**. |
| 15 UAE applicant threads | Apr–Jul 2026 | Germany, Czech Republic, Portugal at VFS Dubai. France at VFS Abu Dhabi. Spain at BLS. **None names TLScontact.** |

Portugal and Czech via TLScontact is real elsewhere. The subdomains visas-pt and visas-cz both ranked as live TLScontact sites in the 20 July 2026 search for this term. No UAE report we hold used either from Dubai. France via TLScontact is the claim with both the most support and the most contradiction.

We could not confirm a TLScontact centre operating in Dubai as of 21 July 2026. Its centre pages returned an HTTP 403 error to us, and its homepage names no UAE centre. That is not proof there is none. So open your destination's official portal instead — [france-visas.gouv.fr](https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/emirats-arabes-unis) for France, the consulate's own site for the rest. It names the centre you must use, and it beats every guide here, ours included.

## The France-Visas → TLScontact two-step people miss

Three numbered steps, in one order. TLScontact publishes its France procedure as: Step 1, "Start your visa application on the France-Visas website". Step 2, "Create your TLScontact account". Step 3, "Book an appointment online". We captured that from a TLScontact France centre page on 20 July 2026.

The order is not decoration. Applicants do the TLScontact account registration first, hunt a slot, then find Step 1 still undone. The booking is the last of the three.

France carries a second complication. The France-Visas country page for the Emirates is written in French. It states that all [France visa](/from-uae/schengen/france/) applications here go exclusively to the consular section in Abu Dhabi. We could not open it. It returned HTTP 403 on 21 July 2026. So we quote the snippet captured 20 July 2026, not a page we read. Behaviour matches. An applicant posting on 9 July 2026 filed a French short-stay visa at VFS Abu Dhabi.

## Booking, account setup and prime-time slots

AED 150–200+ was the TLScontact service fee published by oravisa.com on 26 February 2026. myvisaping.com put the combined consular-plus-service cost at roughly EUR 80–100 on 9 July 2026. Those figures are not the same product. One is the centre's fee alone. The other is a total.

Accounts run on a per-country subdomain, not one shared login: visas-fr.tlscontact.com for France, visas-pt for Portugal, visas-cz for the Czech Republic. A TLScontact Dubai appointment, where one exists, is booked and paid there.

Premium and prime-time slots buy convenience, not a decision. TLScontact says so itself. Its services pages call the add-ons "designed to enhance your visa application experience". The same pages then state that "the use of these optional services does not entitle you to a successful visa application". We captured both phrases on 20 July 2026. It markets a group or family appointment elsewhere, via "Apply Anywhere", though we found no UAE listing.

The same limit binds bots and agents. A Chrome extension that auto-books TLScontact Schengen slots was listed in the Chrome Web Store on 20 July 2026. TLScontact ran fraud-alert pages on several of its subdomains that same day. A paid watcher may reach a released slot before you. It cannot move a consulate. Treat "guaranteed approval", or cash-only upfront, as a scam marker.

No centre runs the decision clock. A Dubai resident holding a five-year Schengen posted his wife's Czech file. She submitted it at VFS Dubai on 20 April 2026, for travel on 20 May. By 4 May 2026, fourteen days on, no update had come. The centre finished on day one. The consulate had not. Note the centre in that report. It is VFS Dubai, not TLScontact.

## Office location and contact

Two addresses, both published in 2026, neither verified by us. oravisa.com placed the centre in Al Barsha on 26 February 2026. myvisaping.com placed it in Al Qusais on 9 July 2026. Confirm the address on the official portal before every TLScontact Dubai appointment. Do not drive to either on a blog's word.

TLScontact contact runs through your account, not a phone tree. Its contact pages ask for a reference or passport number before anything else (snippet captured 20 July 2026). Phone lines fail when the portal does. A member of a TLScontact users' group wrote that the booking system appeared down. They had "tried all the phone numbers I can find, and none" worked. We captured that post on 20 July 2026.

One warning belongs where documents change hands. A Sweden applicant was refused, then lost the appeal. The mission said the itinerary "looked template like". They had used ChatGPT to format it, posted 10 May 2026. Write your own and tie it to real dates. Terms such as *visa application centre* sit in the [glossary](/glossary/). The full centre map is the [appointments hub](/from-uae/appointments/); the wider process is the [Schengen from the UAE guide](/from-uae/schengen/).

<strong>How we checked this.</strong> We opened two sources on <strong>21 July 2026</strong>: <a href="https://www.tlscontact.com/en/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">tlscontact.com</a>, source of the ten-government list and the 140+ centres figure, and <a href="https://myvisaping.com/visa-appointment-alerts/uae/dubai/france" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">myvisaping.com</a>'s Dubai–France page, whose two conflicting provider statements we read ourselves. Three we did <strong>not</strong> open — TLScontact's centre and services pages, and <a href="https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/emirats-arabes-unis" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">france-visas.gouv.fr</a>'s UAE page — returned HTTP 403 that day, so their wording comes from search snippets captured 20 July 2026. The Al Barsha address, the AED 150–200+ service fee and the France/Belgium roster are oravisa.com claims dated 26 February 2026. The Al Qusais address is myvisaping.com's, dated 9 July 2026, on the page we opened. Two further items are search-result records from <strong>20 July 2026</strong>, not pages we claim to have opened: the Chrome Web Store extension listing, and the users'-group post about the phone lines. The visas-pt and visas-cz subdomains ranked live in that same search. The applicant reports are dated UAE threads from r/SchengenVisa, r/UAE and r/dubai, April to July 2026. ## Questions people ask about TLScontact in Dubai

### Which countries does TLScontact Dubai handle?

TLScontact works for ten governments worldwide, per tlscontact.com opened 21 July 2026. For Dubai the rosters disagree. oravisa.com says France and Belgium, dated 26 February 2026. Every UAE applicant report we hold from April to July 2026 names VFS Global or BLS instead.

### How do I book a TLScontact Dubai appointment?

Start on your destination's government visa portal, not a guide. The portal names the centre you must use. If it names TLScontact, register on that country's subdomain, fill the form, then choose a slot and pay. For France the portal step comes first.

### How do I register a TLScontact account for France?

TLScontact publishes the order. Step 1, start the application on the France-Visas website. Step 2, create the TLScontact account. Step 3, book the appointment online. We captured that from a TLScontact France centre page on 20 July 2026.

### Where is the TLScontact office in Dubai?

Two 2026 guides give two districts. oravisa.com placed the centre in Al Barsha on 26 February 2026. myvisaping.com placed it in Al Qusais on 9 July 2026. We verified neither, and TLScontact's centre pages returned an error to us on 21 July 2026. Confirm on the official portal.
