The DVN is a gate, not the visa. Only after it clears do you submit the visa application, which runs its own 3 to 7 working days. So a Nigerian file carries two clocks in series, not one.

Under 41 or over 41 — or 18 to 45? The age rule, both published versions in print

Two different age thresholds are circulating for the same question, and they do not agree. One says 18 to 45. The other says 41. Both are dated and sourced, and the top source for one is an Instagram reel. We print both rather than pick a winner silently.

Transit was shut on 9 July 2025 — yet a 96-hour transit fee is still being quoted on 21 July 2026. That gap is the finding, so here are both sides with their dates.

All three figures trace to a single blog via the AI Overview, dated 21 July 2026 — not to a VFS or mofa card. The naira figures are the AIO’s own pairings; we did not recompute them against a live rate.
