Licence, registration and VAT: what we hold, and what we do not

As of 20 July 2026 this desk holds no UAE trade licence for visa processing. It needs none to publish. Publishing dated visa information is not a licensed activity in the UAE. Processing an application is. We process nothing. So we hold no processing licence and issue no VAT invoice. Here is the entity in plain text, not a footer graphic.

A licence number you can read is the only cheap proof a visa site is real. When ours exists, you will check it against the issuing authority yourself. We will not invent a number to look established. Why this desk exists: the gap the portals leave open

Three official portals publish what a visa is and who may hold one: u.ae, ICP and GDRFA. None adds up the AED total. None gives the day-count from biometrics to approval. None explains the mechanism behind a refusal. That gap is where people get hurt. One traveller put it plainly: “UAE doesn’t have an official platform to apply for e-visas… you’ve got to apply through private agents.” He paid $370 to one. He still had to ask, “have I paid too much and above market rates?”

The official channels also contradict each other. “I called ICP and 2 agents said I can, and other 2 agents said I cannot,” one Golden Visa applicant wrote. Another was mid-process: “as usually in the UAE, it is hard to find a definitive explanation of what exactly to do.” We write for that reader.

The reader is rarely a novice. More often the profile is strong and the refusal reads as nonsense. One family applied to Canada as Golden Visa holders. All three held the visa. They owned a salon and property in the UAE. They had over AED 1 million in the bank. Canada refused them for "no significant family ties outside Canada." Nobody had explained the machinery to them. What this desk does not do

Zero approval claims. Zero refund promises. The market standard is akbartravels' “99.2% Visas Approved before Time” and “Guaranteed 100% fee refund if Visa Rejected.” Both sit on its Dubai visa page, crawled 20 July 2026. We publish neither. The issuing authority decides the outcome, not us. This audience reads a 99% guarantee as a scam tell, not a reassurance. So here is what we do not do, stated plainly.

How this desk is funded

Today, 20 July 2026, this site carries no advertising. It carries no paid links and no affiliate links. It earns nothing yet. Display advertising will never appear here. In a niche this full of scam anxiety, ad units cost more trust than they earn. That is the whole funding model for now: nothing.

When money does come in, we will label it on the page it sits on. We will never bury it. Two contexts are planned. Insurance recommendations will carry an affiliate label above the link.
